Bluegrass Distillery - our last Kentucky Bourbon stop

Small boutique distillery.  We hoped for the blue corn bourbon but they had none but there other four bourbons we're all excellent.  We ended up buying the one finished in maple syrup casks.

 I don’t know what happened. I guess we needed all these carbs to soak up the bourbon. Or, the bourbon altered our judgement. Do you know that the white on the sweet potato is a marshmallow topping with honey. It was kind of like a sweet potato pie in the skin. Ummmmh! Let’s see… our next stop is Bardstown for more bourbon tasting. I wonder what we will have for dinner.

"The Lost Boys", a 1987 classic.  Cold night on the streets of Ottawa.  We watched a few minutes before moving on  It is in the low 40s with some wind so with the chill factor is down in the 30s.
