Moon over Reese, Texas

The view thru the Oaks at Gary's cousins house,  Robert and Mary Lee.  They live in  Reese, Texas which is southeast of Dallas.  The Etheridge family has been in Reese for well over one hundred years.

 I don’t know what happened. I guess we needed all these carbs to soak up the bourbon. Or, the bourbon altered our judgement. Do you know that the white on the sweet potato is a marshmallow topping with honey. It was kind of like a sweet potato pie in the skin. Ummmmh! Let’s see… our next stop is Bardstown for more bourbon tasting. I wonder what we will have for dinner.

"The Lost Boys", a 1987 classic.  Cold night on the streets of Ottawa.  We watched a few minutes before moving on  It is in the low 40s with some wind so with the chill factor is down in the 30s.
