Parking in NYC

In Manhattan, on alternate sides of the street, there is streetcleaning twice a week.  On one side it is Monday/Thursday and the other Tuesday/Friday.  People just sit in or beside their cars for that hour-and-a-half.  That's what I'm dling now.  When, and if, the cleaner comes, cars move out and then back in almost as if its choreographed.  No one really leaves their slot.  Its now 9:08; 22 minutes to go!
