The choices were tasting we're either the four sours and we don't like sours all that much or the flight of all their nonsours beers - all twelve. The beers were excellent. Full disclosure - we did not finish them all. They also had good food so we didn't drink these on an empty stomach. And fortunately we're staying very close.
Tomorrow we embark for our two month journey. Follow our whereabouts on this blogger page and our Goggle photo album. I have to start out with a prediction on the number of miles we'll drive on this road trip. My guess, 10,000 miles, as the LPs never go in a straight line. The timing for the start couldn't' be better - the hottest weather of the year is predicted for SoCal. On Friday we go to Hadleys in Cabazon (near Palm Springs) for a date shake. The predicted high is 105 degrees. After our date shake its off thru the California and Arizona dessert where a 110 degree high is predicted. By the time we arrive in Sedona it should feel cool as their daytime high is predicted to be a cool 97 degrees. Stay tuned for the exciting news about Hadleys and the date shakes! We planned our route around this must stop!
I hope you are walking home! That's quite a line up! Looks like you are having fun!!
